3 simple steps for using your Stand Strong® arch supports
PEEL • STICK • WEAR
1. Peel
Remove the clear film from the bottom of the arch support insoles to expose the tacky surface.
2. Stick
Start applying the foot support beneath the ball of the foot, then work it down towards the heel.
Finding the “sweet spot” is key when applying your arch support insoles, and you should not experience pain while wearing them. If you do feel discomfort, you need to adjust the placement on your feet. Sometimes, shifting the foot support a few millimeters away from the painful area makes a big difference!
3. Wear
For a secure fit, step down on a hard surface and then place your foot into your shoe.

PERFECT PLACEMENT:
